Lodging Policies:

- Peak Season Only - (2011 and 2012 Reservations): - Minimum one activity voucher required per person (rate $15.00 per voucher).  Save by purchasing a full package (dining/activities/lodging) or the adventure package where you receive 10 or more activity vouchers at $10.00 per voucher.  Minimum one voucher per person required.  

- Deposit: A 50% deposit is due upon booking for all reservations. The remaining 50% is charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- No Pets and No Smoking allowed in all lodging units.
- Late Arrivals: If you or anyone in your party finds that your arrival time will be later than the closing time of our check-in desk, please be aware that there will be a late check-in packet available for you. Please call the Resort if you will be arriving later than 9:00pm."
- For Vacation Home Rentals a minimum 2-Night stay is required.  For your protection accidental rental damage insurance is required with your vacation home rental.  This additional $45.00 fee covers accidental damages of up to $1,500 to the property or its contents during your stay (subject to plan terms and conditions). - Please note that for the winter period between Thanksgiving and March 15, our regular activities are not available and dining offerings are limited. This is a great time to enjoy the quiet of Zion National Park while staying in one of our cabins or mountain homes.
